Private medication tracker for HRT routines — plans, reminders, personal logs
About this app
Featherline is a thoughtful medication tracker built for people on long-term hormone therapy who want to keep their personal records private.
Everything you log — doses, schedules, personal notes — stays in an encrypted database on your device, under your control.
Track your routine, the way you actually live it
Build a personal medication schedule, daily or weekly. Get reminders at dose times, with quick actions to mark doses as taken, log them later, or note when you've taken something outside your plan. Your schedule, your records, your pace.
Visualize your routine
Featherline shows you how your dose timing flows across the day and week — a 7-day visualization helps you see patterns in your routine. Set your own personal target ranges, mark your doses on a timeline, and check changes over the past 24 hours when you want a closer look. You can also record personal test results to keep your visualization meaningful to you.
Designed with privacy in mind
- Local encrypted storage — your data stays on your device by default - Optional app lock with biometrics or device password - Optional screen content hiding for screenshots and recent apps - Password-encrypted backup files you control — bring your records to a new device or keep an external copy
Features at a glance
- Custom medication schedules, daily or weekly - Smart reminders with batch logging - 7-day routine visualization - Month-view history with personal summaries - Personal record logging with built-in and custom fields - Set you body weight for more personalized visualization - Home screen widget — see your next dose and mark it taken right from your home screen - Medication stock tracking — keep count of what you have on hand, with low-stock reminders and a runway estimate so you can reorder before you run out - Daily journal — note how any day went and track meaningful dates with milestones

How to install this safely
How to verify the file you downloaded
Before you install anything, confirm the file is the one described here. On a computer, run shasum -a 256 your-download.apk (macOS or Linux) or certutil -hashfile your-download.apk SHA256 (Windows), then compare the output character-for-character with the SHA-256 on this page. If a single character differs, the file is not the build we recorded — delete it.
What the signing certificate proves
Every Android app is signed with a private key that only its developer holds. The fingerprint on this page is a hash of the matching public certificate, and it proves continuity rather than identity: it tells you a build came from whoever signed the earlier ones. Android enforces this at install time — if a package claiming to be com.mkx.hrttracker is signed with a different key, the system will refuse to install it over your existing copy. A fingerprint that changes between releases is worth pausing on, because a repackaged app that has been modified by someone else cannot keep the original signature.
How to roll back to an earlier version
No earlier build is on record for Featherline: HRT Tracker, so there is nothing to roll back to yet. When a second version is published, this section will explain how to move between them safely.
Why we list sources instead of hosting everything
The official store channel is almost always the right choice: it updates automatically and carries the publisher's own distribution guarantees. A direct APK is useful when a device has no store access, when a rollout has not reached your region, or when you need a specific version — and only when the publisher has authorized that copy. APKBrowse does not list pirated, cracked, or unauthorized rebuilds of Featherline: HRT Tracker, and a listing is removed when the evidence for it stops holding up.
